Spheriq AI: Artificial intelligence directly in your workflows
Our AI functions have been completely rethought and brought together in a central, platform-wide solution. Spheriq AI is now available to you wherever you need support in your day-to-day work – be it in the search for suitable funding foundations, the assessment of applications or the creation of summaries.
The new prompt launchers are particularly practical. These are predefined AI actions that are integrated directly at relevant points in the platform. With one click, you can trigger frequently required tasks without having to formulate a prompt yourself.

Contact management: document relationships systematically
With the new contact management, Spheriq becomes a powerful CRM for funding relationships. In addition to funding commitments, you can now also centrally document contact persons, meeting notes and your own assessments.
This creates a complete relationship history for each organization. This knowledge is retained for your entire organization and supports you in research, communication and the long-term maintenance of contacts.

Improved AI Eligibility Check
The KI Eligibility Check has been significantly expanded and provides a more structured preliminary check of incoming applications. The analysis now also takes your individual funding logic into account and adds the values “Fit” and “Hope” to the existing recommendation.
This gives you an even more transparent assessment of how well an application matches your funding criteria and what prospects of success it offers. Starting with Partner Plus, an individual prompt can also be stored in order to adapt the AI preliminary check even more specifically to the specific requirements and evaluation criteria of your funding organization.
Record missing organizations directly
Not every relevant organization is already in our directory. Therefore, users can now enter missing organizations directly in Spheriq.
After a review by our team, validated organizations are included in the public directory and are then available to all users for research, listings and funding processes.

Use Fit & Hope directly in lists
The “Fit” and “Hope” values are now also automatically available in list views. This gives you an initial assessment of how well organizations or projects match your interests during research or in longlists.
Your own manual assessments overwrite the automatically calculated values. This combines algorithmic analyses with your personal assessment to create a sound basis for decision-making.

More overview in the organizational profile
The Spheriq organization profile has a new, clearly structured layout. Information and service functions are now divided into two clearly arranged areas: on the left you will find all relevant content about the organization, while central actions and tools such as starting a request, contact management or list management are available on the right.
This gives you a quicker overview and all the important functions are right at your fingertips.
