With our latest release “Apple Avalanche”, we are taking another big step towards user-friendliness, practicality and increased efficiency. Whether it’s the new Fit & Hope feature that allows you to enter into suitable funding partnerships more quickly, the AI-supported summary of application assessments that saves you valuable time or the many small improvements in the foundation search and in the networks – our fall release has many gifts in its basket so that you can simply network, fundraise, promote, work, match, search, onboard, inform, donate, educate and decide more effectively.

Find the best partners faster thanks to Fit & Hope
Our most important new feature sounds like a trend sport, but will inspire you without breaking a sweat: Fit & Hope is what we call the two most important criteria in the search for funding partners: Is there a fit between the funding and operational organization? And how good are the chances of cooperation between the two organizations? At Fit & Hope, we use our data to support you in the successful selection of suitable partners and thus make your funding and fundraising more effective. Fit & Hope is now available to all nonprofits and funders at Pro level and above.
More transparency through recommendations & feedback
Verified users can now also provide direct feedback on organizations on Spheriq and recommend them to others. For this purpose, there are now two buttons on the organization portraits: Feedback and Recommendations.
The Feedback button opens a pop-up window with three options: positive, negative or general feedback. Depending on the selection, a corresponding form opens, with which you can then describe the advantages and/or disadvantages of the organization in more detail. Important: The information remains anonymous and cannot be viewed by the organization.
Now to the recommendations: Here, too, you click on the corresponding button to open a text field for entering a personal recommendation. Important: Recommendations are checked by the Spheriq team before publication and are only published after approval – with the name of the person who wrote the recommendation.
Mastering the flood of expert opinions with AI and other innovations in application management
Also now on Spheriq: Our latest AI tool generates a clear summary of the individual evaluations received from your reviewers for a funding application for funding foundations. This not only saves you a lot of time when evaluating the reports, it also helps you to formulate your response to the applicants. The new AI summary of evaluations is initially available as a beta version and is available to all users and organizations from Partner Plus level.
We are also pleased to announce two further exciting product improvements in application management that are based on specific user requests and will certainly be of interest to many users: Starting with Partner Plus, it is now also possible to upload videos in an application. In addition, the new communication package in application management gives sponsors various options for customizing their communication. For example, the sender address of outgoing emails can be specified. Interested? Then get in touch with us.
Partner in the spotlight
And what’s new in our networks? In addition to new icons and colors, there is above all the partner box. The box on the right-hand side of the screen presents all the organizations that co-moderate the respective network – the partner organizations are presented in the box with their name, logo and a short text and linked to their own organization profile. In this way, the partner boxes offer both orientation and transparency in our growing range of networks.
Many small improvements with a big impact

We have fundamentally simplified collaboration on research lists: A list owner can now simply invite other users to a list via a link (e.g. sent by email or WhatsApp). If the invited person is already registered with us, the link leads directly, otherwise to the registration and from there to the list.

Our profile pages also benefit from two improvements that we implemented in response to direct customer requests: all text blocks on the profile pages are now HMTL-enabled (i.e. you can also use corresponding code snippets there) and translatable. And also important, useful and very helpful in everyday life: all tags are now uniformly visible and have been cleaned of duplicates.
Last but not least, the project search is back. It is now once again possible to search for specific projects or to find not only organizations but also their projects in a global search.
