    Application management<\/a> does not end with approval – on the contrary: especially in the case of multi-year or multi-stage funding, a decisive phase begins afterwards. Implementation is accompanied by the funder, project progress must be documented in a comprehensible manner, milestones monitored, payments made and reports obtained. This is precisely where the new Reporting & Monitoring module<\/strong> on Spheriq comes in, which has been available since the last “Spheriq Rise” release. <\/p>\n\n

    Supporting funding projects throughout the entire process <\/h2>\n\n

    The individual steps for monitoring, coordinating and reporting on funding projects are managed centrally in the new “Implementation”<\/strong> tab. The tab supplements the existing application and funding management with structured tools for monitoring and implementation<\/strong>. This not only provides good, up-to-date support for applications and decisions, but also for the implementation phase. The integrated tools replace external lists, e-mails or individual workarounds and bundle all implementation-relevant steps directly in the funding management system. <\/p>\n\n

    The central idea is therefore to accompany projects over their entire life cycle<\/strong> in a structured manner on one platform – from the first disbursement to the final report. <\/p>\n\n

    Manage all implementation steps for funding projects centrally<\/h2>\n\n

    In the “Implementation” tab integrated in the detailed view of the application, the funding organization defines how a project is implemented and monitored<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

    Any number of elements of the following four types can be created: <\/p>\n\n

      \n
    1. Agreement<\/strong>, including uploaded PDF and digital signature <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Milestones<\/strong> that make the key stages of a project visible <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. To-dos<\/strong> that store specific tasks or due steps <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Reports<\/strong> documenting progress and results <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Each element has a title, date and description and can be flexibly adapted as long as no action has yet been taken. This creates a clearly structured roadmap for project implementation. <\/p>\n\n

      Capture reports individually and efficiently <\/h2>\n\n

      Funding organizations can store an individual reporting form<\/strong> for reports, which is made available to the applicants. This form is defined per application form and can be reused several times during the course of a project, for example for annual reports. <\/p>\n\n

      It is created using the same Form Builder as the application form, including individual questions and settings. In addition, funding organizations can provide applicants with specific instructions or orders via an instruction field. <\/p>\n\n

      Seamless cooperation in the funding network<\/h2>\n\n

      The new reporting and monitoring tools are closely interlinked with the connected funding network <\/strong>. All recorded milestones, tasks, reports and agreements automatically appear there as separate, clearly labeled elements including a reminder function. <\/p>\n\n

      Applicant organizations can complete and submit reports directly in the network. After submission, all parties involved are informed and the report is filed. Agreements can be digitally signed. Both a simple electronic signature (SES) and an advanced electronic signature (AES) are possible. <\/p>\n\n

      Simple electronic signature (EES)<\/strong> An EES confirms that a person has consciously signed an agreement electronically – for example by clicking on a signature button. It is suitable for many funding processes where no formal identity check is required. The widely used DocuSign signature is usually an EES. EES is sufficient for most electronic applications. Advanced electronic signature (FES)<\/strong> The FES is more secure: The person signing has been clearly identified and the signature is clearly linked to this person. In Spheriq, an FES is automatically used when users are verified on the platform. Qualified electronic signature (QES)<\/strong> The QES is the legally strictest form of electronic signature. It is equivalent to a handwritten signature and requires a qualified identity check by a recognized trust service, which involves significantly more effort for users. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

      Less effort, more commitment <\/h2>\n\n

      With the new Reporting & Monitoring functions, Spheriq supports application and funding management from start to finish: this eliminates all media disruptions and creates clearer processes and a shared understanding of goals, progress and obligations. <\/p>\n\n
